The role

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager (Paid Channels) to join our Copenhagen team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and play an important role in expanding Gentoo Media’s iGaming affiliate business.
This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing performance marketing channels and other monetized acquisition sources, ensuring maximum profitability and sustainable growth.
You’ll play a hands-on role in optimizing campaigns and negotiating agreements in the dynamic and fast-growing world of the iGaming industry, surrounded by talented colleagues and a truly international culture.
What you'll be doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term relationships
Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Optimize performance marketing and commercial media channels to maximize profitability.
Monitor results, deliver reporting, and provide insights to guide account strategy.
Support commercial negotiations and help close new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
Represent Gentoo Media at selected industry events, building connections and identifying opportunities.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to help improve team performance and drive growth.
Who we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (iGaming or affiliate marketing experience a plus).
Good understanding of performance marketing, media buying, or acquisition channels.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
